Klara is looking for an experienced nurse

On behalf of our clients, Klara is seeking an experienced nurse for a vital community service where you will meet patients with complex needs. The need is for the period of week 25-32, 2026. Full-time, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for nursing and health care interventions in the operations. Your tasks may include:

• Assessments and follow-ups of patients.
• Medication management and delegations
• Documentation and coordination with other staff
• Advice and support to care staff
• Emergency interventions as needed

Qualifications

Nursing degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, should be recent with good references. Experience working in somatic care/primary care and psychiatry is required.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Nurses who can work for a longer period are prioritized, but shorter assignments are also of interest. You should enjoy working independently and patient-focused; at Klara, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity for variation.
